Schubert – Piano à quatre mains with Emmanuel Strosser

From his first composition, a fantasia, to the masterpieces composed in the year of his death in 1828, Schubert left more than thirty-five scores for piano four hands. In them he imposes drama, grandeur and virtuosity, suspending time at the pace of his eternal traveller. For more than twenty years, Claire Désert and Emmanuel Strosser have been exploring Schubert's unique world of piano four-hands in a fusion of elbow-to-elbow playing.
